No, there are no order limits. You can purchase any quantity, even a single pack.
How long do ambient foods last?
Our Retock (Ready-to-Eat) food products generally have a shelf life of up to 12 months. We produce fresh batches weekly, so please refer to the packaging for the exact expiry date.
Why do retort products have a long shelf life?
Retort products undergo ultra-high temperature sterilization at 121°C in a sealed environment. Since they are not exposed to new sources of contamination (air/water), they can be stored for up to 12 months.
How is shipping handled?
We ship via standard courier services, and delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
Which regions do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to West Malaysia.
Can frozen and ambient (retort) foods be shipped together?
Yes, we can combine both frozen and ambient foods in the same shipment using cold chain logistics to ensure freshness and quality.
How are frozen foods packaged for shipping?
We use foam boxes and ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.
