Cooking Instructions (detailed):
Pan-fry (Recommended):
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place frozen gyoza flat-side down in the pan.
Fry for about 2 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown.
Add 100ml of water (or until 1/3 of the dumpling height), cover with lid.
Let it steam for 6-8 minutes until the water evaporates.
Remove lid and fry for another 1-2 minutes to crisp the bottom. Serve hot.
Boiling Method:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Drop in frozen dumplings and boil for 6-8 minutes.
Once they float and are cooked through, strain and serve.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
Brush or spray dumplings lightly with oil.
Cook for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
