We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.
However, if your order arrives with any of the following problems:
- 📦 Damaged packaging
- ❌ Product is bloated, leaking, or spoiled
- ⚠️ Other product-related issues
We will gladly offer one of the following solutions:
✅ Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
✅ Provide a full refund, including shipping fees

- We will verify the issue and resolve it promptly

- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method
- It may take 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank
